Well, either these two people have heard two different songs, or this Glamazon guy is a fraud? The latter sounds more possible.

Eh- you gotta ignore the crazies. They are in every fandom. There were too many FOOs stirring the fires last night. Ignorant people from several fan bases were involved and several "Adam fans" doing nothing but stirring things up and tweeting stupid shit to Adam. >:( They did way more damage than the one or two idiots that tweeted something like you pointed out. Sometimes it is the REACTIONS to the one or two BSC fans that end up causing all the problems. Just saying....  Absolutely top-notch assessment of the minor twitter stupidity last night. I got on late, saw ArtistSupporter's and another absolute troll's comments on the TP feed (and directed to Adam too). Went back 3 HOURS in TP feed and saw no wank about KA--just a lot of bad-Adam-fans-wank. Artistsupporter said wankers had deleted their tweets ("but they're screencapped forever, and Imma send you the link to them"--haven't gotten it, tho). Anyway, as soon as one loose screw does something silly (like tweet a charity org abt not watching bec. A's not on), there are LOTS of people just waiting to generalize and magnify, as if Adam can control every single cray out there. These situations really do illuminate some of he ~fans' motives, tho. I find it interesting (when I'm not finding it annoying, lol.) ETA: I liked KA's Imagine. My fav will always be Neil Young's version on a 9/11 tribute show that I need to find on youtube--cause it's amazing to me. |

Well, well, well....I'm not really sure what to think about @tkradio's thoughts. It's a good solid review, but it's not "OMG, it's amazing...," which, I think, is what we want to hear. Haven't other radio persons been a little more excited than he sounds?
Thinking long-term, one thing I think is a positive is his comparison to WWFM and that the new single is really well done and showcases his amazing voice. IMO, that sounds like a song that could be Grammy worthy; WWFM did very well on the charts & got a Grammy nom. Also, I'm remembering these tweets from November and to me, Toby's comments are in line w/what this guy said (sorry, I'm rambling a bit here):

He’s a phenomenal performer and it went very well, so that was very interesting, actually. We would hope to be doing something with Adam at some point.more.....
