OMG, Tinafea, that is the most BEAUTIFUL rocket!!! Makes me happy! And I've gotto go and get immersed in RL myself now. But before I close laptop... Tigerlilly, I do not expect to EVER get screencaps of those bad, bad fans' tweets, lol. Buderschlookie, just saw your post about "Durbin did" but did he release one song to two markets? or two different singles to two different markets? 'Cause the latter is what I was wondering if anyone EVER did before.
And RadioEnergy is indeed working in Adam performances on the RE "Live" channel. And it is so sweet to hear them! And now I must switch from Bert-mode to BusyRL-mode! Yes, 2 different songs to two different markets. Yep. The same thing has been done with Daughtry, Cook and Nickelback as well. Rock and Pop are considered to be two entirely different formats and Rock has a tiny spin number compared to CHR/HAC> No one releases two songs at the same time to HAC and CHR. NO ONE! Not Katy Perry, Bruno, Gaga, Adele, etc. We are not getting two singles at the same time from Adam. |

Ok. All this back and forth, twitter tease is really making me wonder which I'll welcome more: the single OR all this crap to come to an end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a shitty day in fandom. Other than Adam sending a pic of Riff and Sauli's sparkly blue eyes I am tired of scrolling-- or wishing I had scrolled. I am now actively avoiding EVERYTHING but the pretty.

Ok I don't get it. I don't even care if Glamazon is a troll (which points to yes at this point) and I don't even care if Toby likes it... what bothers me is the line where they need to decide where it should live on stations across the country.
WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN?!?!
Adam wants to be a POP star. Not an HAC star and this worries me that HAC is what they are thinking for this single. NGL, I am gonna love having new music but I will be very pissed if they stamp him with the HAC label right off the bat. He needs to be all over CHR stations and finally crack KIIS and shit and I am worried this single ain't gonna do it unless it smashes like Bruno Mars' songs and/or has a r&b/urban edge to it... IDK. This worries me ngl and I don't angst that much. And can't say the title? I am soo confused lol. The other peeps who heard it said there was only one mid tempo and unless BTIKM was changed like the maybe troll said to an uptempo, then the midtempo song we are gonna get is a totally diff song, one possibly changed at last minute. Yay tho for the Queen stuff! I am suppose to be working but had to check in here to see the reaction. The bold part is what my main reaction is. Vocals upfont, great. But WWFM was never my favorite song and some of his comments don't mesh with some of the other ones we have seen, NOT factoring in Glamazon. Ok, I admit I am/was hoping for more of what Glamazon described. So color me confused too. Well, since I was hoping for the club ready, dub step vocal stellarness I can go through my melancholy moments now and snap back by release time. Where is that "snap out of it gif", hahaha. And really, I am over exaggerating here - just a bit:-) Yeah I know what Toby said is more "safe"... but.... but... but... all righty then! |

CHR got a song called “Love Me Bad” and rock got “Stand Up”. Thanks, Buder! So it CAN be done! So we might get TWO songs at once! Whatever! I'm just overly excited because we're gonna get somethin-ish soon-ish!! ;D Two releases from with two different songs.. I would bet all the money in my bank that this won't happen. |

I think that Adam himself talked about his new album being WWFM & IIHY oriented considering it was successful and therefore a good way to go. Of course, that was an early story which gradually slided over more personal/ honest talk, even the mentions of some songs being written during the depression period after GNT , right into chic/mystique/nile rogers funk. I believe all this to be the case. I think we are all in for an ecclectic and multi-layered album to be ravished and consumated over&over&over.....again. Enjoyed by all senses and felt in head/heart/gut/xxx But for the first single I do expect sth on the trace of WWFM. Something most likely to be as widely popular as can be. I apologize in advance for any mistakes or misconceptions, you guys here are downright scary  I have to think twice before posting anything :-[ I suggest founding the University of Adam Lambert Philosophy, where you all would be PhDs from the get-go.
