I'm so proud of him for the way he's involved himself in the community through his foundation, and just personally. I missed a lot of it, we were out...but thanks for the reminder. |

Watching that discussion, I couldn't help but wonder what 2009 Adam would think if he'd been able to see it. He has come such a long way from the young man who didn't feel qualified to engage in political discussion and just wanted to sing, to the well-respected LGBTQ+ activist and trailblazer we see today. His evolution has been inspiring to witness. I look forward to seeing what he and the Feel Something Foundation will accomplish in the years to come.

pi Thanks for posting these pictures with Jackie. I don't really remember her but I wasn't paying strict attention to every performer. Hoping to watch this discussion tonight should be interesting! I remember her or at least the name. I think she was in Adam's singing group in Hollywood week or they interviewed together. There was some small connection to him that made me remember her. So even the performers get mixed up with the years and the seasons. Season 8, year 2009 (but not the 9th season which is what she said in the interview - which of course is why it was "the adam lambert season" which makes sense to the whole world.) eta- oops rihannsu already said this |
