They are comparing both songs, because they are both by Adam and BTIKM is probably more similar to WWFM than to FYE and IIHY. I don't know, why you don't like WWFM, but I don't think this comparison means anything. I think it would bother me if they would compare his song to other artists, like "It sounds like ... meets ... meets ...". I think I just got so sick of WWFM cos it was played so much! LOL! (Guess that is actually a GOOD thing!! ;D ) FYE and Fever are definitely my 2 fave singles that were released here -still hear both (along with WWFM and IIHY) on NZ radio from time to time, but SO excited to hear new music!  Lets hope we will hear BTIKM so often, that we are all sick of it. |

Good grief- it's 8am and already my day is stretching before me like a vast expanse of.... nothing.
No projects, no nothing happening here.
Usually I am able to buzz around online for a bit to keep myself occupied.
I need to find something to do with myself other than sitting here courting deep vein thrombosis....

I know the feeling well -- something will spark your interest -- go outside and walk the fence-line, singing at the top of your lungs. You'll be amazed at what you can invent to do once some oxygen starts pumping up to your brain. |

Good morning. OT, but I just wanted to thank all the international posters and nightbirds for keeping me entertained lately. I've been having trouble sleeping lately and get up about every hour. Nothing wrong, I've just been dreaming a lot and can't sleep for some reason. Anyway, of course when I get up, I come downstairs to the computer and get to read all of your posts. They put a smile on my face and I get to go back to sleep happy - for at least another hour anyway. I usually give up around 4:30 or 5 and read whatever's here until hubby wakes up. Of course when I hear him, I turn off the computer, run to the chair and pick up the newspaper, like I've been reading that the whole time.  Another OT thing while we're waiting for news. I would love to hear other people's holiday traditions since we have such a diverse group here. Foods, rituals, when you do this - when you do that, - you get the idea. For anyone interested, we should post in the Members News thread so we don't piss off anyone not interested. |

I just came home from work. Drive home took forever, because there is incredible snow storm.

Well, I think we'll still get the press release today. Adam tweeted "any day now" and I can't imagine he meant next week. Also, it's only 6am on the West Coast. I think they'll release when everyone is awake! Maybe 12 EST? *eternaloptimist* 8-) I'm only annoyed that I can't hang around and play today.  |
