Blind Items Revealed These two singers are B list although one of them probably has close to A list name recognition. Both male. Anyway, it turns out that when they worked on a project together they ended up falling for each other. The YT is dated Nov 2010. Wonder why Adam would mention it now. Is it being released? There's 20+ seconds of instrumentals until she starts to sing. Didn't Q3 say 7 seconds should be max for a Pop song? Not that I care.  Just curious. |

So anyone listen to that song by RiRi? Anyone think she sounds a cross of Reggae and Jesse J on this song? LOL Maybe she always sounds that way and I just didn't know it. Adam and his Divas.. LOL .. well not saying I don't like it probably won't listen again though either.. but, not sure what the rumpapa, rumpapa was for.. reminded of the little drummer boy.. I can't believe how long she has been around 5 yrs at least hasn't she and is she 21 yet? I don;t remember Rhianna is 23 now, but she has been around quite a while |

Someone asked what the pink triangle is about in Gaga's vid - it's a gay pride symbol. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_triangleAt least she closed the vid with something that relates to the song.  Is the pink triangle really used as a gay pride symbol now? or a memorial for the gays that were murdered by the Nazis? For me the pink triangle in her video seemed offending especially coming from someone who is not gay. Its as if someone was using a yellow star as a symbol for Jews. This symbol is kept for memorial and it will be cringe worthy if someone used in a pop video. |

I think her schtick wears on me because, I dunno, I just don't believe it. To me it just reeks of "create a weird image to sell records" then something that is truly, authentically HER.
Don't get me wrong, most of the time it's entertaining as hell, but I don't for one second wanna hear her preach about societal issues to me when she is someone who goes to award shows dressed in an egg. It just falls flat. It doesn't feel real, just feels like something she is doing and saying to get attention or something. (someone today, don't recall where, says she practices "gayspolitation" lol) It's like, go be weird and avant garde and make silly pop music we can dance to but don't try and tell me it's gonna change the world and shit. LOL

Well, whatever her meaning it's taken up 4 or 5 times as much space talking about it already as the previous one "telephone"? did. So if the purpose is to get people talking, wish granted. Have to agree with Bridget that there is not much "sexy" in this video it's more like desensitizing the vagina even when she has her head up thru the plexiglass, the vaginal line is drawn on her clothes. Maybe after they made the singing portion they decided there wasn't a story and that's why they added the beginning monologue? Anyway, some education there, not everyone is going to add biological lessons on mitochondria to their music videos. She must be a geek.
Oh and somebody upstream said something about we are supposed to be defining her as a singer but just as with Adam, that is a limited box if you have other skills.
