But she doesn't and I know this for a fact. That's my whole point. Everyone thinks she does. As a matter of fact, she hardly wrote any of Born This Way.

Penny Royale is a business, and as much as my neck is “loving” and bending from so many pendants and earlobes drooping with earrings... 35% I think goes to the Charity. I know...I know, even with Charity Water there are administrative/business expenses, but I doubt 65%. I wear my pendants as I like what they represent, and it is a fan thing....after 3...well???? do I want 10 plus as Adam ages to ???... forever! IIRC...100% of your donation went to charity water. They have sponsors who cover the adminstrative expenses. But more information is probably on their webpage. And this new pendant...Adam is not involved in it. It's a fan thingy. It's not his chosen charity for his 30th. If he even does something similar like for his 29th (probably, but I don't want to assume )

I guess I am the only one who finds 85% of this fan art nearly repulsive? I mean it's nice for aspiring artists to practice their skills using an subject they love, but as far as appreciating it, DNW. There is some I find good- many of Animated's pieces, the chibis, and the odd other piece that captures something unique about Adam. But by and large I think there are a lot of bored 13 year olds out there whose parents need to be saying ooh ahh and taping them to the fridge. Commence throwing tomatoes. Buderschnookie, so you don't like some of the Adam fan art posted here. Not all art appeals to everyone. We get that. But comparing the images you don't like to the efforts of "bored 13-year-olds" that only a parent could love? [deleted by Q3] What's wrong with people sharing images of Adam art that speak to them, regardless of how expertly they were executed? The point of posting these art pieces is that there was something in each image that moved someone. Maybe they're brilliant but they simply don't move you; fine. Maybe they're not so well done; OK too. But just because other people do like them (I think some of the drawings are gorgeous, BTW), and you disagree, you don't have to justify your reaction by making derogatory comments about their creators. Accept the art for what it is - and if you don't like it, pass it by. But let the artists do their thing. Q3 comment: I deleted a bit of this comment because it moved from a comment posing a different point of view to questioning the appropriateness of the comment. I believe that was not the intent but it was too easy to misinterpret. haribert - love your post - WELCOME TO POSTING! I am often not a fan of a specific fan art piece but I am ALWAYS a fan of the person who made the effort. Some are mature artists some are not, but Adam is their inspiration = good enough for me Ok, apologies to all who believe but I must say that the ONE thing I don't get about Adam is all the astrology stuff. Admittedly I know next to nothing about it (I did read the link about Mercury in retrograde though) but as a twin I scoff at the idea that people born in the same time will have similar personalities/experiences. Adam seems so smart--can someone explain this to me in a way I could understand? glitztripper - you started a very interesting astrology discussion! I used to have a very hard time adjusting to Adam's passion toward astrology, especially that he seems to be "serious" about it...Although astrology makes somewhat more sense to me than a system of religious beliefs... In the end - whatever makes him happy After all we all have our little idiosynchronicities and as Buder pointed out - superstitions ... Birthday Charity - I am ready to donate to whatever Adam announces... only I hope SELFISHLY that there is no more "signed picture" incentive": I want him to sign all his last year "obligations" - I am still waiting for the signed picture (well, in reality I am not waiting any more, i gave up by now " 5 days left to vote - once a day: mashable.com/follow/contests/mashable-awards-2011/thanks/

music.yahoo.com/blogs/reality-rocks/marc-martel-officially-selected-fill-freddie-mercury-platform-211250458.htmlThe article of course is by mrs. Bert : Lyndsey but I love it. Marc Martel Officially Selected to Fill Freddie Mercury’s Platform Boots Via ‘Queen Extravaganza’ Talent Search By Lyndsey Parker | Reality Rocks – Thu, Dec 8, 2011 4:12 PM EST [Little aside here: Obviously, Adam Lambert, who recently sang with Queen at the MTV Europe Awards when the band accepted a Global Icon Award, would be a fabulous choice for the Freddie role here. But, um, he's a little busy right now--you know, appearing on reality shows like "Project Runway" and "Majors & Minors," hanging out with Nile Rodgers, and readying his sure-to-be-amazing sophomore opus. Plus, while Adam has the pipes to hit those Mercury-rising notes, he's not a copycat singer. We may see the real Queen and Adam perform together again, but not right now.]
more..... Speaking of Marc. Had anyone seen any uptempo Queen songs he's performed? Everything I have seen has been ballad-y.

After listeing to the Brian May interview and hearing Stone Cold crazy playing in the background...I NEED to hear A sing that. The words are so fast but I think he could nail it.

Midtempo, maybe. He performed "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" on the radio last week with just an instrumental track as accompaniment. He was good. Of course, people were calling in (classic rock station) with ZOMG!!! NO ONE can do Freddie like that – I'm in tears!! I was a tad : because there was no mention of Adam (and that was right when all the press was happening about A possibly working with Queen). But whatever, it was Marc's big segment, so yay for him. It was also before they announced the winners and the DJs already had him crowned AND decided he ought to join Queen. (Marc also did a little backhanded swiping about Idol and how he never went on the show because he was a member of a band and yada yada "cred" ... ).

See what all that cred got ya....you are now a glorified cover band artist while the lowly Idol is performing with the real Queen. LMAO #bitchy
