The first time I have seen a handsome picture of Adam and Oliver together! Wonderful that Adam got to share what he wanted to share. I loathe the PAPS. Really? LOL! Yes really. But I was only speaking for me. I know others follow Adam's personal life and boyfriends more closely than I do. I pretty much automatically scroll when it is not posted by Adam. I guess I got sick of Javi overload and all of his pictures of himself. It never seemed to be much about Adam even when the were on the QAL tour. Always want Adam to be happy tho. And that was a very nice picture of Adam and Oliver. It looked like two handsome men and not a man and a boy. |

Not sure what YOU are talking about. I know how old Oliver is. And I know Adam only dates adults and never said or implied otherwise. Geez! I would never refer to the men he dates as boys. Younger or boyish looking maybe but they are men and not boys. I only said what I said because of some of the negative comments posted about his looks (not here). But carry on. I should have never commented on his personal life in the first place. Lesson learned, lol. Not that invested!!!

One thing is for sure about being a celebrity. You have be very thick-skinned. No matter who Adam dates, there will be criticism. You just have to live your life and the hell with what other people think. I think Oliver is lovely. He is definitely a MAN and not a boy, either age-wise or metaphorically. Life's too short to worry about other people's opinions when in it comes to love.

Hmmm. I for sure don’t want to be a celebrity.
But from what I‘ve read in other forums and social media, the reaction towards Oliver as Adam’s boyfriend is overall VERY positive and has been since he first entered the picture (literally 😁).
It’s only here that it feels like walking on eggshells, when I post about Adam and Oliver. This discussion today is a good example: From my reception there was nothing bad said. All are happy that Adam is happy.And still, this discussion lead to a dead end. That’s a pity.

Maybe that has been the case here. I don't like to bring over negative comments so my reference was vague and misunderstood. Never saw anything odd about the age of his boyfriends. But I had seen comments that Adam looked like he was dating a 12 year old. Or father and son. Or Oliver can't compete with Javi. So I guess my compliment looked like a negative criticism. I should not have allowed a few negative comments (on some sites I visit) to influence my praise for a nice picture. They look like a handsome and happy couple so I should have left it at that. Just want Adam to be happy. |
