I understood Lurleene, that she compared Oliver with Adam’s last boyfriend Javi and is happy, that Oliver looks older. After all, age had been a big discussion for a long time here (unfortunately), so I didn’t understand it in a negative way. But written language easily leads to misunderstandings. Maybe that has been the case here. I don't like to bring over negative comments so my reference was vague and misunderstood. Never saw anything odd about the age of his boyfriends. But I had seen comments that Adam looked like he was dating a 12 year old. Or father and son. Or Oliver can't compete with Javi. So I guess my compliment looked like a negative criticism. I should not have allowed a few negative comments (on some sites I visit) to influence my praise for a nice picture. They look like a handsome and happy couple so I should have left it at that. Just want Adam to be happy. That was my fault, Lurleene...since I'm not on social media, I didn't realize you were responding to those comments. My apologies for that. And yes, Oliver looks young, but he certainly doesn't look like a little kid, good lord. The thing is, Adam's fans always say they want him to find somebody, but then nobody ever seems to be perfect enough. I don't get it. Or a subset of fans get stuck on one particular guy, and nobody else will do. As long as Adam is happy, that's all we should be concerned with. Anything else isn't really our business. I appreciate Adam and Oliver sharing pics with us. |

Just want Adam to be happy. It is OK to talk about Adam's boyfriends and even to discuss their ages and appearances. And opinions on this vary -- a lot. But no one should ever feel like they regretted posting something here. ** There are always negative comments on Twitter about everything. If Adam posted a photo of an apple, someone one Twitter would post something negative about it. It is what some people live for -- trying to get people to respond and be upset. In total, the comments about Adam and everything in his personal life are almost all positive or neutral, but the negative posts are the ones that attract attention. Happy Sunday to all.
