That's a bit scary for me to watch but for different reasons... that body guard (if that big blonde guy is the bodyguard) is BLOODY USELESS. WTF. Seriously, I have seen good ones in action and you never never never let your client walk ahead into a situation you aren't in control of, and you are certainly next caught 10 feet behind with a gaggle of people between you and your client. Watch video when Adam is being properly protected and you'll see what I mean - even at the rope line in Melbourne they ran a two up screen on him and the people were behind a barrier! I'm so glad you pointed that out. I felt REALLY uneasy when I saw the long vid. Adam was unprotected in that swarm. I may be in the minority but I don't think he's a bodyguard. I think he might be some kind of liason between either Amway and Adam's people or the venue or something that is happeneing in Shanghai. The way he thanked everyone at the levator made me change my mind about him being a bodyguard, plus the way he didn't keep up with Adam in the crowd. I think we may have "type cast" him just from the way he looked. |

I can't believe I strained my eyes to read the article! I'm such a bert! It was an amazing article. Now I want to reread it with out strain! ETA I did enlarge on the computer but that just made the words fuzzy and hard to read. HAHA me exactly!!! 3 times ...now waiting for a better copy! Everyone is too busy readng it... TONS of insights...love the Freddie comment... and HALF the ablum co-written with Bonnie McKee WOW! So--- most of the album is done???? Just fine tuning in the studios???? |

A breakdown: the queen thing was put together in about a week, Brian and Roget kept bringing Adam up after the AI final, medges are mentioned lol, Brian couldn't stop grinning during TSMGO because it was clear the long search for replacement Freddie had ended, Lambert even outshone Gaga, astonished voices in crowd asked who he was bc he isn't big in UK yet, he will def sing with Queen again, when started on new album he was exhausted and depressed so his music was dark and angsty, but he says thank god he met his bf because then he started writing fun dance songs bc he was happy. Half of the cd was written with Bonnie McKee, the title track borrows the base line from Another one bites the dustm when he got Queen gig Pharrel called him Freddie, and he told him to go for Freddie in his dnce musi and they aimed to channel him and MJ Off The Wall for the album,Jackson style funk is a key ingredient of the album. Shady is a slinky funky number. There is 1980s rock and euro techno and electro with some emotive mid tempos. The defining feature on every song is his astonishing voice rather than Gaga's personality free electro pop (ouch).Then it talks abt his background---shit we know. The end of it talks abt how he left 19 and knows his first moves after idol were hyper sexualized but he was being himself and doesnt regret it. It also mentions his big blue creepers that made him really tall and says that Freddie would have approved--no man objects to a few extra inches. LOL.   |

I think we may have "type cast" him just from the way he looked. The way he was shadowing Adam in certain photos certainly suggests he is and bodyguards do occasionally speak! If he wasn't then RCA needs their heads read or Adam does because at this point given past experience he should not be going anywhere where there will be any sort of a crowd without one. One of my husbands colleagues is Kylie Minogue's bodyguard and shadows her at pretty much ANY public outing. Just one is enough if they know what they are doing (and that doesn't include getting caught 10 feet behind your client) beside and a little to the front with arms outstretched to front and rear creating a clear zone around them and guiding a path forward is the protocol. |
