Based on the similarity between something May said in one of the post-EMA interviews ("Adam has his own music/album he needs to promote now, but . . . " and what Adam says in this interview, I think Adam really did get a flat out invite to front for Queen.

Adam is their "go to" guy now. He needs very little rehearsal and their partnership is "efffortless." |
