That was so indescribably sad...I remember sitting in front of my computer, looking at the pictures of all the victims, and just crying...and I'm not usually a crier at all. I'm not sure why that particular event hit me so hard, but looking at all those faces just made it so real. They weren't just names that you usually read in a tweet or a paper, but they were real people, with families and friends.
And then Adam sang my favorite Queen song, dedicating it...and made me cry again.

syca, I know how you feel. We are fully vaxed at our house, too, and everyone I know is also. My DH and I are flying to LA in August. Never thought we'd do it but we are. We've been getting together a bit with friends, too. Gotta get more normal each day.
Legalizing interracial marriage was a real milestone, and legalizing gay marriage was, too. Progress is slow, but it does happen.
The Pulse tragedy was so awful. Adam sang his heart out that night and you could just feel his sadness.
I wonder what role Adam played in My Fair Lady? Maybe one of the extras? He is so damn CUTE!

That was a double whammy because the night before the Pulse shooting "The Voice" singer Christina Grimmie was shot during a meet and greet after a concert in Orlando.
