Gotta say, all this Lil Nas stuff is getting Adam a lot of supportive media attention. Amazed at how many people are still unfamiliar with him. Well, now they KNOW!
Have to chuckle at the posting of the Two Fux lyrics! If there was ever a time for those words to be sung loud and clear, it's NOW! It's perfect! It would be great if that song got song play. It's about time.
And yes, it's true. Those who are "first" are the ones who pay for price for those who follow.

That acapella "I will survive" is a treat"! I'm happy with everyone else that Adam is getting some attention and recognition now a good decade later! girldrummer just for the heck of it! I love that song!!!
I would agree with the folks that say if you don't follow someone specifically it might seem as if they have fallen off the radar. One example for myself would be Bruno Mars. I used to follow him but lost interest and now it seems there is nothing new of him. I've stated my opinion on success more than enough but I want to add that personally I find it unsustainable, unhealthy in every possible way, a ingredient for unhappiness and just overall recipe for disaster if one seriously attempted to always stay SO "relevant", talked about, exposed and media-present that they are "unavoidable".

Marionm, I love Two Fux also...such a fun song, but a great message.
ETA: Totally agree with your last statement...we've seen and heard enough of these high profile celebrities that are everywhere all the time and have spoken about mental health issues. I agree it's unsustainable.
