[snicker] For you newbies, or those who didn't post frequently on Planet Fierce, don't worry, hwc always posts like that.  #dudeyoursenseofhumorgetsconfusingtothoseunfamiliarwithit! We have so many lovely new-ish, multi-lingually talented folk here who are trying for literal translations. We need a special google translate for hwc and chunkey Snark. HSM. Is the munchkin feeling better? [laughs evily] We need a special snark font and change the board settings so that certain people (#notnamingnamesbutseeabove-canaddcertainmanthropologiststoo) can only post in it.  Would make things easier to those who aren't familiar with the years-long history of some of the posters here. [grins] Yes, munchkin is feeling better. Finally. Knew things were going to be bad last night when she refused to open her presents and begged to go to bed instead!!  But fever's gone, stomach is settled, and now she's spinning around like a crazed top singing at the top of her lungs. That said, I don't think she's going to spurn presents tonight, so should probably get them on the table! |

Get out of Dodge? Are you talking Finland or his relationship or not being a music artist? Whichever it is I think he's doing just fine. Everything about him good or bad is always going to be bigger than life and thankfully he's actually a pretty smooth sailing dude. I think the rollercoaster is much more on the fan side of the equation and it helps having family who are pretty zen about it too. He just has to find something in his first single each time that he has to try and embody. Last time it was "so you think I'm sweet" but I'm not and this time its "I can be obnoxious". It's what gives him that emotional connection. Elsewise he be just another guy with a good voice but no soul. Adam has soul. Lol, I meant Finland and it was another fail at humor. I do think that going to another public drinking establishment in F would be a mistake. Ahhh, you had me puzzled as I didn't think you were usually on the wringing hands side lol. But since we don't know how long they are staying there I'm betting they'll get back up on that horse and visit a few bars. If nothing else they both have to learn or relearn to trust each other in that situation. |

I don't think "goodwill" is going to help get him top 40 airplay. At least not as much as some well-timed tabloid headlines to get him back in the news! A barroom brawl with a beauty queen in a Finnish gay bar. Gotta admit, he's creative! That's almost as whacked as doing Ring of Fire on American Idol. What's he gonna do next?
