curly Thank you for your input and the correction of the numbers. So my source had been incorrect. I didn’t mean to say that New Zealand‘s strategy has been bad or wrong, because it did work really well for your country so far. I‘m just saying that longterm this strategy shouldn’t be an option. It would at some point be like with these very small communities of isolated people, who get seriously ill or die as soon as they get into contact with modern people, because they don’t have any anti-bodies against our usual illnesses. That’s exaggerated, but what I meant. Because Covid won‘t vanish. But as NZ is getting on with vaccinating people K believe that you guys will open up the borders at one point in the future. In the end, NZ had been lucky with it completely isolated situation. No other countries close by. Germany has 9 neighbor countries and no hard borders. There are thousands of streets just running from one country to the other. People drive back and forth for work every day. It’s impossible to close (most of) our borders. Unless it’s the Danish one, which is short and controlled by Danes.

You in New Zealand, absolutely, have the best Prime Minister any country could have. People the world over are jealous...or should be...of you. Good on you for electing her! I agree. I wish some of the idiot governors and citizens of the US would follow suit. Instead we have hospitals overflowing and adults and kids dying by the thousands...in the name of freedom and personal choice. Oh, and taking sheep de-wormer so they can avoid the "dangers" of vaccines, and the horror of wearing a mask. We are a nation of toddlers at the moment. Stay safe, Luke! YES!! And I think the USA has two major reasons that this is happening...Fox "news" and Facebook. These two are the major forces behind spreading disinformation and outright lies. 😡😡 I know all this is off topic but how did we, as a nation, get to this point??!! Why are people more inclined (gullible) to believe some idiots on TV and the internet than science? SMDH

I hope we can get things back on track in the US. To save lives but to also keep everything from shutting down again. I so want Adam's Vegas concert to take place safely. I am desperate to see him performing again in a regular live concert setting. Some nice pictures and videos coming from it would be great and welcomed. It has been way too long since QAL in Australia/NZ/Asia. I really miss that. And who knows when his tv shows in the UK and US will be on the air but something to look forward to also.

Love that happy photo of Adam and Oliver. I guess their portmanteau name would be Adiver LOL!
Just looking at that photo of the New York crowd makes me think, NOPE! Large groups of people gives me the willies now and I think it might take a bit to get back to normal for me. My province was doing great in early July, but full vaccination has sort of stalled around 75% of people over the age of 12 -- which is good compared to some other places, but not nearly enough for herd immunity. As a result, our hospitals are getting busier with mostly unvaccinated Covid patients. I know a number of people who are vaccine hesitant for all sorts of (in my opinion) stupid reasons. It is really hard to discredit all that misinformation that is out there. It seems it is all about civil rights now. What happened to civic responsibilities and for the common good?? Anyhow, it seems more employers here might start requiring vaccinations or lots of testing once workers return to the office. Hopefully, people will start changing their minds and get the vaccine.

Actually when you put Gliese and Lambert together, you could get Glambert. LOL

Actually when you put Gliese and Lambert together, you could get Glambert. LOL Well, that's pretty spot-on! Adamol sounds like an ADHD medication.
