Ah, please explain, what is vasta/vihta? LOL, a vasta or vihta is a bathing whisk made of fresh birch branches. You use it to whip yourself with it gently. I remember NoAngel was a bit shocked at first when I told her about this! ;D And since it's winter and you can't get fresh birch branches here, you use ones that have been frozen during the previous summer just for this particular purpose.  Oh, yeah, I like it too  We don't have sauna or Russian baths at our house, but our neighbor-friends at dacha has it and we usually go to my son's god-mother house for sauna, she has a nice one and knows how to use a good bunch of green birch twigs   |

Loved the new Adam vid!(and the gorgeous hair). Now I understand that WE are the Trespassers...into his thoughts, emotions, etc....his "soul". Even though I knew the album was going to be more real/personal, I hadn't thought about it that way. Glad he's inviting us in. To the "I hope you won't be disappointed..I've worked really hard on it".... aw Adam, there's no way you could disappoint us  |

The house we had in L.A. had a sauna in the master bedroom. My son when he was little and I enjoyed using it. As he got older, not so much. DH never liked it.
It ended up being an expensive linen closet!
