Adam REALLY laid it all out there in his brunch speech. I've never heard him speak so plainly about how he felt as those first couple of years after Idol unfolded. The industry simply didn't know what to do with him. The talent was there, obviously. But unlike other successful gay singers, Adam was REALLY "OUT." The road has been bumpy. He has unselfishly become an advocate and spokesman for the cause. His activism will be part of his legacy.

I am shedding a tear...my tickets are sold; hotel cancelled; and only have air tickets to cancel and it is done. sigh. Third attempt to attend this show and it is soooo sad. On the plus side, I have a ticket to the virtual concert...perhaps I will be able to see the person who bought my ticket  and I had notice my hoodie is on the way. It looks beautiful from what I saw on the young girl who tweeted out hers! I am excited to wear that as I watch the show and sip on whatever beverage I am in the mood for! |

When I watched the Roxy concert online, I got so mad at myself because I meant to buy myself a bottle of wine...and promptly forgot. Sitting there, sipping a cup of tea just wasn't the same lol. I rec'd my hoodie yesterday! Gonna wear mine in front of the computer too while watching the stream...with a cocktail in hand  I prob should have ordered a Med, but wanted it long and not tight in the front....lol.
