Thank you for the heads-up! I just voted. I did not know the new bass player was married. Is he a musician too? PIA, please reassure me Adam will not leave LA. Sometimes I feel he is accepted and loved by other countries more than his own. BTIKM is charting better already in other countries than his own. It is just me, RIGHT? THUD. THUD. THUD. I was there guys. Front row on Monte's side looking at Cam and it happened right in front of me. The Sydney audience had a lot of young gay guys and Adam really liked it and wanted to party. OMG Nikki, LMAO as I was just gonna post something very similar...lol I WAS THERE TOO! FRONT ROW AND CENTRE BAY-BEE! I'm sure there was a collective arrrgh/groan from the audience when he licked Cam's neck. Did you see a young Asian guy with a blue feather boa along to your right? If you did, then I was the other side of him. My .05 seconds of fame in Adamland, is that Adam had to climb over me to do the second tongue dive *swoons* Oooh, eri9 was there too. We'd both had M&G's earlier. If you were front row, then did you have a M&G too? Fuck, that was good concert!  |

I have voted many times at Sophie's but I am not making any headway. The first time I want there Adam was in the 90%. He is now down in the 60's. Hope this isn't another one of those screwy voter thing-a-ma-jigs.

It only let me vote once ... the 2nd time I tried it said "we have already counted your vote." :( ETA: There is more than one way to skin a cat ... OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG I went out today to look at cars as mine has been acting up. This is a big deal for me as I have never, in my 43 years, picked out my own car. I ended up getting a sweet 2000 SL500 Mercedes! It's totally cool. On the way home, I tuned the amazing sound system to the San Francisco station Alice. Sure enough after 3 songs, they said: Alice adds the new music first - Adam Lambert - Better Than I Know Myself. I turned the radio up, way up. The Bose subwofer is awesome. I cried my eyes out and sang at the top of my lungs. Truly fucking amazing!!! The first time I heard the new song on the radio and it's while I'm driving my new car home. OMG how fabulous!!! Congrats on the new car and on the first listen! :D Yippee, Yippee!! About your first (AWESOME!!  ) new car and it's subsequent blessing!!!    |

I wonder if Sauli is going to have to watch Adam tongue dive on his next tour. I wish Sauli could work for Adam and go with him on tour so neither one of them would get lonely. None of my business, of course. I predict no tongue diving on the next tour! ;D |

Speaking of lightness & darkness, I remember a vid of Adam where he's just sitting in a chair answering abunch of questions. I think it must have been before the tour started or maybe it was during the tour when he did those "answer fans' questions" things....I'll never be able to find it because I don't remember any of the details or what he was wearing, BUT I do remember him making a comment about having down days & not wanting people to see that part. I also remember thinking that it was a rather low-key vid - he usually tries to be somewhat animated & smiling, but in this one he looked like he was just matter-of-factly answering the questions because he HAD to. Maybe that was just my imagination though? Does this ring a bell with anyone? Yep, I know what you're talking about, Ginger--rings a bell with me, too--just not loudly enough to remember where to start looking for that interview. The first year (Idol tour), I knew every confessional (besides the voice, those reaaaallly sucked me in) and I swear I had every interview memorized and knew every hair report for every concert. I coulda even told you which concert contained the "It's a lovely cock" quote! The second year, FS, RMT, and then the GN tour (Summer of Love 2010) I still kept up reasonably well. But the joy of seeing him live several times gave me new specific sensory memories that I could relive at will, thankfully, even if I could not remember every detail of every interview anymore. This year, RL crashed, and takes precedence, and even though it SEEMED like a slow year--like I said when I posted the 'Twas poem-- when you actually look back on it, he was busy. But I can't even pretend to keep track of everything anymore! I did have the Ste. Agathe concert in July to tide me over until the next time I get to see him live--what a trip!--and the EMA's was just SO amazing. But we have nearly 3 YEARS peeps--3 YEARS--of glorious singing and wonderfully funny and smart interviews--we haven't missed a minute of Adam's ride since he bitch-slapped Idol and started this wild ride! AREN'T WE LUCKY??? ;D Wow. That was a real tl;dr! All I really wanted to say was I can't recall which interview that was!  |
