From the little I know you don't need the redemption code if its numbers.I don't know what that means, sorry. I don't even know where the Redemption Code would come from or what it is. Is it a code you get when you buy a ticket on their website? I've set up my looped account using the email I bought the ticket with and the concert now appears in my experiences. And I've tested that I can get into the link to view the concert OK. I noticed the redemption code box but don't know what it is and didn't need to use it. I'm looking forward to watching live even though it'll be 4.00am here! |

I used the same email addresses for both the tickets from the fan site, and for Looped also, bought the tickets on Oct 12, but nothing has shown up yet. I think I'll email them back tomorrow if I don't see it. The concert is in a week, I would think that's close enough to where it should be showing up. |
