Disclaimer - I know nothing about these radio numbers but am trying to learn... Friday I had heard that BTIKM was being played on 20on20 (Top 40 Satellite radio XM3). I listened to the station on my way home from work and they played it! Yesterday, I saw on another site that 20on20 was a "starter" and had spun BTIKM 10 times. Today, I figured out how to get to that All Access site myself and saw this:  21 spins! Does that mean that they spun BTIKM 11 times yesterday? I heard it twice (and WWFM once) yesterday as I was out and about in my car. Does this mean it is added, going to be added? Does it matter? |

Rihannsu and the other number nerds, when is Adam BTIKM expected to be back on iTunes again and is it iTunes run similar to other songs with similar AI? Thanks!

Hopefully the TV appearances this week will give it a bump back into the iTunes chart but radio won't kick in until the AI impression gets a good bit higher. Right now he hasn't even broken 1 million in AI and most of that is in HAC which doesn't drive single sales nearly as much as Pop. There really is no need to angst or worry because things are just getting started. Adam's songs tend to build slowly but then have a long life so plenty of time before we need to be at all concerned. Remember right now there is very very little that is impacting the general public as all the buzz right now is more within the hardcore fan base. Radio drives sales through repetition over time so it takes a while to have an impact and there really has been no significant promo as yet but that will be changing this week. |
