I get their strategy though. Adam is most known for WWFM and this song is in the same style. It's is a good song. Maybe RCA should have been bold and started off with one of the other songs. But I think they are gun shy after the FYE mess and were trying to be conservative. Even Adam said, once in a very brief interview, that his choice was Cuckoo. ITA- I thought the selection of BTIKM was a great strategy, but I don't believe RCA intended it to be an HAC song. Everything about BTIKM says WWFM, part 2! lol I do believe that is what most casual fans want from Adam- another WWFM! Trespassing or Cuckoo may have freaked the PDs out... Wimps! I've got my mediabase window open all day and that little ding sound is one of the best sounds in the world at this moment.  |

Hey guys - I can't seem to log into requestadamlambert.com, but they also put DC 101 on there.
CAN SOMEONE WITH ACCESS PLEASE TELL THEM TO TAKE DC 101 OFF THEIR "OK TO REQUEST LIST". I can't think of a station that would be more pissed that this one to get lots of Adam requests. Adam's music is simply NOT compatible with their format.

Just a quick thank you for everyone in the numbers thread! Thanks so much for your great analysis and opinions and thanks for the dings! I'll admit to a little concern while scanning twitter at work this morning. Actually, I was getting sad. I'm letting it all go and am heading back to work as my usual more positive self. |
