Exactly !! :( RCA will need to do a lot of promo to get his second album out and get the first single accepted by radio. Otherwise Adam is fucked !!!!!!!!!!!! RCA really worked it for his first album and I trust they will support the second equally well. *fingers crossed and all that* Besides, Adam showed them that he is not afraid of hard work and actually he worked his cute little butt off for FYE and I think they took note of that. I have confidence in Adam - AND RCA to do him right. 8-) |

Oh, Dhunken...  I will never forget the sweet-spirited man who was one of the first personalities I noticed in my early days in the fandom. Funny, kind, and gentle, but with a fierce love for Adam and those who loved him. As Aloha pointed out, Dhunken was always deeply respectful of everyone's opinion and knew how to disagree with love. He always had a kind word for his online friends. And he was always ready to be silly. Truly a beautiful soul. Rest in peace, my friend. I couldn't agree more. When I first started to visit blogs at MJs, so long ago, IP immediately noted Dhunken for just those things you suggest. I am so sorry to hear this sad news. |

I am sorry to hear about dhunken. I always loved reading his posts over at MJs. I remember the first time he came in to the chat room at Planet Fierce. I was so excited that he visited.
I will miss him.

Question/Theory: Is the DVD and Aftermath charity single A way (in part) to see what Adam can sell with out paying any radio money? Adam has pimped these projects for A while. Can he get any organic radio play from these projects? I am still catching up with this thread -- but there is no such thing as "organic radio airplay" for pop music in the US. Even college radio is promoted now. That died out when the corporations bought out FM radio starting in the mid-1970's. BUT perceived fan demand can convince a PD to increase the rotations on a promoted song -- in other words, real not orchestrated, fan requests matter. |

I love all you guys for remembering Donald by donating--you inspired me to do likewise. The Idol tour summer was so special and he is one I'll always remember for his voice of reason on MJs.
