Yes, recant is not the right word. But it seems she only understands the impact of what she tweets after she gets the replies, and then she's busy doing "damage control". And her "teasing" isn't pleasant to me. I don't know, Adam's teasing is always pleasant. Hers seems childish somehow. Not that it matters, JMO. With all due respect, she isn't operating under the fandom mindset. She isn't trying to fuck the stans over she is just doing her job. Getting people excited and talking and wondering...which is exactly what she just did. Just because she isn't coming out and telling the fans exactly what they want to hear when they want to hear it doesn't make her childish. She may or may not be a childish person --I don't follow her closely and didn't follow her at all last era--but these tweets hardly demonstrate that. She is either getting us talking and excited but cannot tell the sekrit like she did with the EMA thing, or she legit thinks it's a awesome rumor and is sending it out into the universe which I don't think constitutes *leading us on( because like I said, I doubt she trolly our communities or reads our tweets and sees what we are getting excited over and goes HMM I CAN FUCK THEM OVER WITH THIS!! I just don't see it. Either way it is what it is and imo is nothing to get mad about. If fans get over invested in a particular rumor then it's that persons problem, not hers. I still feel like she responded to it for a reason. She could have denied it flat out but instead she said she liked the rumor and I dunno...kinda did it in a wink wink fashion. I dunno...like I said.....this idea is just a BONUS. We still have the album to look forward too and everything that goes along with it..... Speaking of...I wish something would happen to get some flailing goin on up in hurr! As always YMMV. Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad at all. In fact, I didn't expect my comment to become a big deal, because I don't care much about the subject either way. And I don't know anything about her either, didn't know about her the last era, and I base everything on the last couple of months. I guess she just rubbs me the wrong way... :-/ She's never subtle, imo. And her tweets don't excite me as they should, they either get me a bit annoyed, or make me shrug and move on. |

Finally heard BTIKM on my local Top 40 station in Richmond during the rush hour driving time. It sounded great and it was the PICK OF THE DAY by the listeners!!! The only downside, the DJ brought up the "incident" and stated that Adam threw some punches. I hope these comments will end soon.

You were down on the front row with your one eye on your back....I was in the lobby for a long time with my HUGE one eye on the front...and the writer said "when I walked in"....it must have been ME! (Just let me have my fantasy, it's only fair since you scored that unbelievable after party!) OK. OK. I've give you the dang eye since I got to stare at Adam up close and personal for a LONG time at the After Party... AND.....got to tweet the pic of him with the 3 shirtless guys. hehe  Gosh, Needacoke - You aren't rubbing it in, are you?  I know I would be tempted if I were so lucky... |
