I was perusing one of Shel's books of poetry and found this poem that reminded me of US. We are the ones who would use it as a magic carpet (Adam) and live life as the adventure it is meant to be, as opposed to be doing what so many of our contemporaries are doing and acting our age. For that, I thank our fearless leader! - I love this. It fits us perfectly.  AFL is our carpet and ATOP helps too, taking us all over the world. Thanks for posting it.  |

They present A&S by saying that Lambert and the handsome Finn Koskinen got some votes already on the last round of the poll. They have been together for a year after meeting in Helsinki. During that time they have, among other things, had vacation on Bora Bora and spent a night in jail in Helsinki. The competition will not be easy for them by any means because they are challenged by a true Hollywood love story: NPH&DB. ... For some reason, I find the mention of a night in jail in this context totally appropriate and hilarious. The mention may be due to the resurfacing of the incident yesterday. Good thing that only one or two websites reported the old news with a line or two. On the other hand, the writer might have tried to describe that a lot has happened (but they are still strong). |

mys*&@^#r that interview was adorable, I've never seen it before, so thanks! reaaaallly slow day, so here's a fun old interview too, most of you have seen it ages ago, but since it's so slow... :D Never get tired of that interview! Just like to point out one more thing I love about this man. When asked if it was "middle America" who flipped out about the AMAs Adam said that he didn't like to stereotype regions (his words are better than mine). I have to say that now that I have moved middle, I have noticed that the stereotype is talked a lot about in Adam interviews and I sorta think it is especially so by non American interviewers (though I haven't kept track). I am not conservative and live in a pretty darn liberal city so I appreciate that Adam sees this another trap not to fall into. He is wise beyond all the obvious ways! |
