I think with this Elton John Party, it has been a while since Adam was at an event with lots of other celebrities for Oscar or Grammy related celebrations in the US. I believe the other time he was at the Elton John Oscar party was when he was sitting with Katy Perry. He looked so gorgeous and sexy and a lot of people wanted to take pictures with him. And the pictures were stunning. Then there was the Clive Davis Grammy party and he sang a tribute for David Bowie. Again he was so handsome and classy. The Vanity Fair party after the Oscars when BR won, he looked fantastic. Natural beauty with only a little eye makeup. Attention grabbing and gorgeous looks but nothing OTT. He normally looks great at the big celebrity events. The purple suit was very nice tho.
Those other pictures for that photo shoot are stunning. Something really nice to look at, lol.

Really good mature article. A few things I didn't know - such as Adam had Covid last year. Nice photos - love black and white Adam (obviously).

That interview, and the photos accompanying it, are fantastic! It'll be interesting to see if there will be a press cycle about Adam's revelation that he had Covid. I am grateful he didn't make that public until he was demonstrably fine and still able to sing - I don't like to think about the levels of fandom angst that would have been flying around if he'd announced it at the time. I wonder when it was? I don't know when the interview took place, but I'm assuming "last year" was 2021 rather than 2020. He popped up with some regularity throughout the year. At any rate, I'm thrilled that apparently he hasn't suffered any lasting ill effects. The Long Covid symptoms suffered by some who'd had even mild cases of Covid are pretty damn scary.

That was a very interesting interview. We never knew he got COVID. He never said a thing. He said it was pretty scary. Wonder how sick he actually got? He said that he'd gotten all vaxxed and boosted, but I know people get it anyway.
Adam has a nice perspective on life, esp. as he gets older. He doesn't seem obsessed with the Billboard charts, but I'm sure he'd be delighted if he made a good showing there again. I think he will. He knows he has to diversify in his career. He is easy to work with and makes friends easily. All good. His personality is his biggest asset. I was excited to hear in that previous interview that there is more he is working than he can say now. Good things yet to come!

I agree with Cleopatra, glad I didn't know he got Covid...I would have been freaked out. Although, to be honest, as much as he socializes and is all over the place and always surrounded by people, I'm not really surprised that he picked it up. In contrast, I've been pretty much at home for the last 2 years, although I do go out to a restaurant occasionally. Hubby has diabetes, so we're trying our hardest to avoid it altogether. He works from home and I'm retired, so we're really lucky that way.
Hopefully, his bout with Covid didn't affect his voice...long Covid is a huge problem and sometimes it doesn't hit right away.
It was a good interview...he seems so much more settled now than he was in the early days. I suppose that's wisdom gained after the last 12 years or so.
