Switched off after the opening act!
Nothing could follow that. Adam looked and sounded wonderful. (Not going to lie, I had been a little nervous about what he might wear ) Clear in so much of the reporting of this concert that Adam is equal billing with ‘Queen’; not the metaphorical addition in small letters anymore. He is very well known here as a TV personality in his own right. Well done guys! So nice to have you back…. Agree with you. I didn't see anybody on that list of entertainers that could beat that performance, although Bocelli has a beautiful voice.

Adam added green rhinestones to his jacket, so it matches his necklace. Great great look.

I have no words. I just have tears in my eyes. I was actually really surprised how emotional it made me. I'm not one that follows the royals at all, but that opening just felt really special. I'm so, so proud of Adam. I don't follow UK stuff; although I'm quite familiar with Queen Elizabeth and respect her greatly. The QAL opening had me welled-up with emotion. I don't know why!! But, when I think a bit, I guess I do. My pride for Adam and his excellence; that I've followed since 2009, is finally receiving the recognition that is so deserved. It has come through perseverance and fucking hard work. I know - they know - Brian and Roger, Neil and Spike, and their illustrious crew - they would not be at Buckingham Palace today were it not for Adam. Adam doesn't care about this, I'd venture to say. He only wants the stage and the performance. He could be back in Hollywood, and he'd give it his all - just like today; just like at 'Upright Cabaret'. The power to move others to emotion. Adam does this; knows this. He feeds us; and we, the audience, feed him. He did it again in front of one of the biggest audiences in the world. And we found ourselves at his feet. This is the power of a great soul.

He was born to do this.
