WOW, just WOW!!! I too had tears watching this incredible performance. No words to describe how I'm feeling, but as always, momtomany expressed my emotions so well. I am so dang proud of Adam, and feel such pride that I have been his loyal fan for 13+ years. I just knew when he was on Idol that he was destined for great things, but never could have imagined this day, this performance with Queen in front of so many people around the world and the wonderful Queen Elizabeth II who has reigned for 70 years. I loved the tweet thanking Adam's parents for giving us the gift that is Adam Lambert!

Someone posted a Facebook post from a Campbell Stewart and mentioned all the wonderful comments from people who had just attended a concert. One stood out to me so I thought I would bring it over Jimmy Dev Campbell Stewart moi?đ€Żđhow dare youđ€it absolutely was mate.im gonnae go for it and say Adam Lambert is the best all round singer ive ever heard live.he sings the songs with absolute ease, then goes beyond that.also effortlessly. No hiding from.the high notes,no missing parts out,no "sing it for me"so he doesnt have to sing it.every single note.perfect.Bryan May describing him as "a gift from God"is just that. I just wish Kaye had been there too.next time, definitely
This tour, there is not one review that is not 5 star and not one concert goer who isn't blown away. Why did it take so long? Did the masses suddenly clean out their ears? Is this a post covid high that they are on and a few hours of forgetting war and mass shootings that has sharpened their senses? I think Adam has improved as a performer as his voice has become richer over the years but why could they not see what we could all see 13 years ago?

Good questions, Curly. By their own admissions, some of them did finally pull their heads out of their you-know-what, and gave Adam a chance/a try and then became converts. Some got pulled in by watching the documentary. But agree, the reviews so far have just been stellar.

I thought their performance was stellar. Obviously, looking behind with the interval of the Queen and Paddington Bear, it was all choreographed. Brian and Roger needed Adam to show up, and indeed he did.

My husband walked into the bedroom and the TV was on a later repeat of the Queenâs celebration party and QAL was into Donât Stop Me Now. He pivoted from going into the bathroom, and watched the rest of their set. Then I played my recorded version of the whole QAL set. He stood and watchedâŠthrowing out so many positive comments including..he agreed with me how clearly you can hear what he is singing. I saidâŠunlike a few others that performed. I left the tv on and left the room. Guess he continued to watch as he called out to me that Duran Duran were on. I said yes I breezed through it on PVR. He saidâŠI canât understand a thing they are singing. Hahahaha ⊠(yahâŠI knowâŠ.one of zillion reasons I fan the guy!)
