Some small unrelated detail of real life reminded me of this today - Adam singing Soaked KL, Malaysia. A great look at the crowd during the pause, people going nuts, a couple of guys glancing up at the screens to see if he is bringing the mic back up to sing, people starting to chant his name. It is really a slow news day. On another blog, the discussion has turned to why is Adam renting instead of buying his house. January 17th can't come soon enough. I've noticed that on any Idol blog all discussions eventually become something about Adam. It is a weird phenomenon that I have not experienced, prior to Adam, in my 10 years as an Idol fan!! :-/ I have noticed the same thing -- love him, like him, ignore him, hate him -- he cannot be ignored and occupies a lot of mind space. |

I think I might have mentioned a year ago that Q3 and I talked with Byron Cooke after the Club Nokia concert and he was so nice. He was clean shaven, dressed well....really a sweet, smart, attractive guy. I remember I thought he was kinda yucky gross when I saw that initial interview, but found him much more pleasant/impressive in person. I agree -- he was so surprisingly nice when we met him and not what I expected. And a huge Adam fan, |
