I thought the person was just stating their opinion about Brad... :-/I think Adam is moving away from being the caretaker in relationships and Sauli looks and acts like a happy, independent man...  and once again, my opinion means nothing, they will all do what they want to do, but it's fun (and pointless) to speculate That is A lot of presumptions about Brad and Sauli. To be fair to Brad, he was 19 or 20 when he met Adam and Adam wasn't "Adam Lambert" yet. Adam made the comment about finding guys who need to be taken care of A year Ago. Neither Adam or Brad have ever talked publicly about their relationship. The only thing we know is they were important to each other and remain close friends. Adam thanked Brad for "Making me A brighter soul" in the idol tour book. That doesn't sound like someone who brought nothing to the relationship. Brad has been very loyal to Adam and doesn't deserve what he often gets from Adam's fans. How many struggling artist would remain silent? He would be on A reality show, at the very least, if he had started talking about Adam. I like Sauli, but I don't know we know enough about him to say he is an Independent man at this point and time. I vote we let Adam pick who makes him happy. The one thing that Adam has said about his relationship with Brad was what he put in the Idol program, part of it you mentioned, Kitty Kay. I think Brad brought a lot the the relationship, at least according to Adam.  |

Wow, I agree Cookie. To me Sauli has matured and evolved since BB. He seems a mature man, and a gorgeous one at that. And so delightfully appealing in the videos. Love him! Brad Bell is still playing the "Look how adorable I am with my eyes, affected voice, and girly mannerisms" card . Maybe in We Ho you can get away with that forever? Dunno I think people are confusing Brad Bell with Cheeks. I've only been following Adam's every move for less than a year. (I've always been a fan but not deeply involved) and I can't really remember seeing many Brad moments. I've seen what he has chosen to put out as his Cheeks persona but Brad? Paps maybe caught him with Adam one night after the GLAAD awards but it was fleeting. Cheeks is witty, clever, uplifting and often quite intelligent. I suspect he's a lot like Brad but I honestly don't know. He hasn't really spoken out much as Brad. Assuming that Brad's like Cheeks all the time is like seeing Adam in performance mode and assuming that's what he's like all the time. We know that's not the case but mainly because we've been exposed to TONS of Adam, not all of which he can control. But guess what, I know a lot of ultra femme "girly" gays and they can survive outside of WeHo. And they're mature individuals expressing themselves naturally. Correct me if I'm wrong but Sauli's not really an artist. He didn't craft a public persona. He came to fame for being Sauli which may be why he seems less 'put on.' That's fine but that doesn't make him more real, mature or even more put together than Brad Bell...whoever Brad may be. I don't ship any of the people Adam has dated. I don't think any are better or worse. Personally, I don't think Sauli is that much of a departure for Adam. Nor do I think he's really ready to totally give up the caregiver role. He's a control freak. He may think it sounds nice but it is really hard to switch from a role you're comfortable in when in a relationship. Being a caregiver is part of who he is. |
