On a tv show tonight, they had a former American Idol judge. They read a list of successful singers that were discovered on the show over the years. They mentioned Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson & Harry Styles. No mention of Adam. I was excited that they were going to talk about him or just mention his name…nope. Numerous times I’ve heard mention of former contestants becoming famous after Idol, with no mention of Adam. A couple weeks ago a local radio station was talking about Queen and played a day of all Queen songs (none with Adam). They talked about the history of the band, about Freddy, about Brian and Roger, their ages and the fact that they still tour, but nothing about Adam. Ugh! I felt like calling the radio station and asking…what about Adam? I feel like he often doesn’t get the credit he so deserves.

I've also noticed the omission of Adam's name when he has obviously been a major part of some TV show or event (or has become the long-time front man for Queen.) Are these people blind?

Thanks for the Platinum Jubilee posts. Love them all! The Queen's little tea party with Paddington Bear is priceless. And Adam is priceless, too.

I can understand playing Queen with Freddie only, but talking about current touring and not mentioning Their front man is super weird and must be intentional imo. I could be wrong but I thought Harry Styles came from One Direction, which was a boy group artificially created by putting together contestants from a season of Xfactor?
