...and prime numbers because SusieFierce can't do math! No truer words ... I managed to get all the way though college without having to take a single math class. (Yay private liberal arts programs!!) Last math class was 10th grade Geometry and I BARELY passed and it was probably only because teacher liked me. I'm seriously remedial. My guess is that most people would say 1 is a prime number and after this you will never forget that it isn't.

All this talk about Eggs and yummy food! Please eat Omega 3 eggs people! Regular U.S. eggs are not healthy like they were before 1943.Few of the U.S. public know the following.SCROLL BY IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PREVENTING CANCER AND/OR OBESITY1943 was the start of factory farming in the U.S. U.S. stopped feeding farm animals grass, which is stock full of Omega 3s. and stopped feeding hens grass and seeds (and worms), all very rich in Omega 3 fatty acids They started feeding them corn and soy. Both corn and soy are full of Omega 6s.Omega 3s reduce inflammation, reduce clotting, and reduce cell growthOmega 3s keep the cancer effects of Omega 6s under controlOmega 6s increase-inflamation, stimulate cell growth, and increase clottingOmega 6s increase obesityOmega 6s are directly linked to cancer tumor growthOmega 6s are tied to breast and prostate cancerThe American public was not told and no one in the industry thought it would matter. Fact about the avg., factory farm, U.S. EGGBefore 1943 The Omega6/ Omega3 fatty acids ratio in U.S. eggs was 2x (Healthy!) Today the ratio (in non-organic eggs) is 20x. (Very unhealthy!) Cancer and Obesity in the U.S.Breast cancer rates have been increasing since WWII Chinese women who moved to U.S.: rates of breast cancer go up significantly within a generation Child cancers have been increasing drastically over the last 30 years Obesity is through the roof Before 1943 Our farm products had lots of healthy Omega 3s and The balance of Omega 6s to Omega 3s in our food was good/healthy. In 1940. We invented the use of hydrogenated soy oil for industrial products. Soy is rich in Omega 6 fatty acids. We also invented the factory farm. IT IS NOT JUST EGGSRatio of Omega 6s to Omega 3s in our Productsin EGGSBefore 1943 the ratio was 2x. Today the ratio is 20x. in BEEFBefore 1943 the ratio was 4xToday the ratio is 15xin BUTTERBefore 1943 the ratio was 2x. Today the ratio is 6xEssential fatty acids are part of every cell membrane and every biological process in the body but the body cannot manufacture them. The only place we can get them from is our food. This change in ratio of Omega 6s to Omega 3s and increase in Omega 6s is a large part of the U.S. obesity problem and our cancer problem (+ our spraying our food with toxic pesticides, soda & massive sugar in products, lack of exercize, & human and family disconnection : ). Let's play "Analyze the Dishes": The design on the glass in that picture kinda reminds me of a skull - almost like a mask. It also reminds me of that painting Adam has that he got the key tattoo from. Don't have a picture handy, but somehow that just flashes through my brain. Anybody else picking up on this? I noticed that too. Although, my first impression was that his mom had cleaned out her cabinets....."Hey, Adam, could you use these?"

Just that they are horrible. And I think they are not actually meant to be eaten and are a mean trick Mother Nature played on us that some people have (sadly) fallen for... ;D That is because people boil them. Try them grilled and smoked!! Or sliced in half and roasted with a soy-miso glaze. Or best of all -- glazed!!! Like many foods, it's all in the hands of the cook.
