Flax seed oil makes a dandy vegetable dressing- I use it on everything and even take it straight.
Most important supplement EVER!

Just that they are horrible. And I think they are not actually meant to be eaten and are a mean trick Mother Nature played on us that some people have (sadly) fallen for... ;D I learned to eat cabbage, Brussel sprouts and boxed mac & cheese from my first apartment roommate. I still love all 3, but only rarely eat the later. |

I really love all food and try about anything but there are two things I can't stand. Brussel sprouts and horseradish! I love horseradish!!! And if you have sinus issues...one good whiff of it and you can breathe better! ;D  |

A little bit of trivia  The word between Adam and Sauli means WIN, both in Chinese and Japanese:)))  Aww that's an awesome bit of trivia and a gorgeous pic!! NoAngel, the green-haired elven vegetarian is scorning Brussels sprouts? #smh Mmmm, horseradish ... (lol, actually I do love it!) Oh I didn't say ...    Holy crap! Listening to ChumFM and it is a nice station! -13??? Here, have some hotness to warm you Canadians up...  Actually, it is -20 with the wind chill. Yuck. Frozen nose hair weather. |
