Madonna's last studio album was #1 "everywhere and has sold over 4 million copies worldwide. 740,000 units in the US. Her last tour was also #1 in the world. ETA: Her last 4 studio albums have been #1 in the US and many other countries. ETA2: I hope her album is not release on March 20. I could be dreaming but I thought someone, somewhere said it'll be the week before Adam's :  : : From RS...1.11.12 "Madonna has revealed that her 12th studio album will be titled M.D.N.A. Madonna's album is set to be released on March 12th There was an article about it two days ago and it was posted and linked in the news thread. |

From the latest issue of Rolling Stone: Madonna Arena dates are booked. It's a slam dunk. Expected announcement soon: Madonna has already opened up about Superbowl half-time show: a late March album on Interscope and the lead single "Give me all your Love" with guest spots by M.I.A. and Nicki Minaj. I read elsewhere her album is all Euro dance stuff. Guess we know where Monte will be working. Off course it's a slam dunk, it's her first North America tour since 2008, the Sticky & Sweet Tour. i.e Monte, I guess things happened for a reason. If there's no BFM gate, he will be touring with Madonna and Adam will still have new guitarist. He maybe touring with Madonna but he will not get as much attention as he was trying to get on stage with Adam. It's water under the bridge and I'm looking forward to next week and Tresspassing. |

I don't think Madonna and Adam has the same target audience if just base on the first single. Adam has "more substances". But IDK
I used to like Madonna, her style and songs were good to me. She was never a good singer but an excellent entertainer.
Yeah, it sad to listen to her new single. :-/

ITA, Adamme, the artist chose to exaggerate certain proportions, but at the core it is still Adam. Like a caricature, the artist chose to highlight and exaggerate certain features, but I don't think it was meant to portray him as more female. I think it's just the artist's style and the features he or she found compelling about Adam. But yeah, I get that the artist's choice was to make the jawline more "subtle." (i.e., feminine?) This reminds me of a certain photo that I know some site uses as their trademark and it drives me crazy. Adam's chin is pulled back and he has his hands framing his face... (I'll have to find pic, because will be easier than trying to describe...) It's a gorgeous photo, but IMO, it doesn't look anything like Adam. It looks like a female impersonator of Adam to me. I cannot figure it out what picture you're talking about but here's another BOND or James Dean picture.. lol  |
