Personally, I found "The New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle to be more user-friendly, more approachable than "The Power Of Now".. And TNE was the book used for the Oprah webcast with Eckhart that I participated in. Excellent..people from all over the world gathered to discuss aspects of this book in a weekly series format. Global community at its finest!..  I watched that too. It was amazing that it was so mainstream and global. Fantastic, wasn't it, Pi |

I agree that it would make sense that she might open for Adam. Signs point to her expanding her career/visibility with the recent late night show (Fallon?). Also, seems like the new guy has more experience or spark with the type of music that is on Trespassing. That Youtube video last night was really cool! Does anyone remember if her tweet the other day was OMG excited or OMG upset? I agree that it would be great for Cam's band to open. However - didn't Adam say that the tour has not been decided upon and it depends on how the album does? I know I heard that - because that particular statement made me super upset and knocked me completely out of my nice and comfy zen zone... :-[ I got all scerrrred and angsty....seriously... cause I need his tour...as all of us do.... ...but this is a wrong night to be worried - 3 - ish hours we'll see the FIRST LIVE PERFORMANCE OF THE NEW ERA!!!!  My thoughts on that comment were not at all negative. I saw it as they are waiting to see if the album goes over big enough to plan larger venues than last time. If the thing goes through the roof they may get much more ambitious on venue size but if it does the same ballpark as FYE then they would probably stick with similar venue sizes as the first tour. |

I looked at the stations that have played BTIKM, Hoppers and guess what??? BOTH Bozeman and Missoula are spinning it! For you non-Montanans, these two cities have large universities and skew younger. WOOT!!!! Montana REPRESENTS!!   Bozeman-raised girl here!! I grew up on the MSU campus. And it's a party town!! 8-) |

I watched that too. It was amazing that it was so mainstream and global. Fantastic, wasn't it, Pi It was great. The Power of Now was a real break out book for him. New Earth was huge. In RL, I'm an author of similar books and a DREAM of mine is that Adam reads one of my books some day so the news that he is reading PON is exciting for me. |

Does anybody know how much Adam gets paid for his appearance on the Tonight Show? Is there a standard rate for artists on talk shows? I assume it's not that much. From Slate.com: Most late night talk shows are considered "entertainment." Everyone who appears on Leno or Letterman--even the bespectacled little boy who can spell those big words--is paid at least the American Federation of Television and Radio Actors (AFTRA) minimum, which is $726 per episode. (Big stars are occasionally paid more.) |

But nothing to lose by hoping UhHuhHer would be an opener for Adam to further their career. They already have fans overseas and in the US and Canada. Could be huge.. If Kevin is the musical director, I would hope that would continue into the tour. Cam said she wasn't playing promo...and we know Adam will tour. Don't we???  |
