I hope you all realize you will experience such sticker shock on housing and the traffic is a bear. Can't beat the weather and the vibe. I would move back in a heartbeat. After living there for 35 years, I consider it my home state. Lived in NY for 10, SC for 7, and now GA. But my heart lives in CA. You're my twin! I lived in CA for 30 years & left to retire here in the south. Cost of living is so much cheaper & no traffic. But I can't quite get my heart to move back here with me. :-/ I left my heart in San Francisco 5 years ago. I am on the waiting list for senior housing back there. Can't wait ! :( |
