Adam Lambert, represented by Kevin Marks of Gang, Tyre, Ramer had until yesterday to file an answer to the lawsuit. Earlier this month, both Adam and the plaintiff’s attorneys had agreed for a delay. At the time, the parties claimed they were actively trying to settle the lawsuit. The settlement didn’t happen, LALATE can report. Lambert is seeking an award his costs, disbursements, and attorney’s fees. No trial date has been set. The 2011 case is Colwel Platinum Entertainment Inc v. Adam Lambert. Quoting myself becasue I know we have a few lawyers as members and wondering what "unclean hands" means? Is it the obvious meaning, like basically, Colwell is a sleazeball, like we all have been saying?! :-/ |

belle - ETA means "Edited to Add" and is used when someone edits their own post to show what they changed. OTT is actually misused a LOT of the time. It is supposed to be "Over The Top" - such as in crazy fashion. People regularly use it to mean "Off Topic" which on most boards is "OT" - maybe they are thinking of it as "Off The Topic?"

THIS^^^^^^^I'm a bit uncomfortable with the presumptions of a drinking problem on both Adam's and Sauli's parts! This type of speculation is jumping to some conclusions that could be way off! Unless I hear from Adam that he has some type of alcohol addiction problem, I feel uncomfortable with presuming or even speculating that he has any type of problem in this area. But the only people assuming Adam has a drinking problem are the people complaining about Gelly's fun, "speculative" post on the meaning of OOFTA! Me? I think OOFTA has something to do with their exclamation the first time they had sex!!  ^^A joke ^^ Well...the speculative post has already been carried over to another board and the pearl clutchers are jumping on board with this speculation. The post didn't call it a "fun speculation". j/s (I KNOW Gelly was just thinking out loud and speculating for fun!) I agree with those who believe that the tattoo has something to do with something deep, meaningful and positive! Adam is not the type to want some reminder of a negative embarrisng event permantly placed on his hand so he can see it at all times. This just doesn't seem like a choice Adam would make. ??? ETA: I always thought OTT meant "Over The Top" or that's how I use it. lol |
