It is a shame that Adam will no longer have Ellen in his corner. She gave him a lot of exposure. I know there were a lot of people trying to take her off the air because she was not nice enough or as she appeared on tv. Was that really a surprise tho? Most of them are probably different than they appear. But the complaints against her being a bit mean or others on her team making bad decisions seemed overblown and not enough to end her show. In the age of social media, you don't have to file a formal complaint or go to the police with issues, you only have to post your charge. But ending a show like Ellen doesn't just hurt her. It hurts ALL the other employees, and takes away their main source of steady income and they are not as rich and secure as she. So it should be based on provable egregious changes before you make that move. Even that young man Greyson Chance that she signed to her label was blasting her. Someone like Ellen was unlikely to have a record label that could make you a star. Her label did not have that kind of proven record. And trying to launch the career of a kid/gay male was going to be challenging even if he had been on a major label. But she had Greyson perform on her show many times but she could not make him a star tho talented. Ellen tried. Sometimes it is just not going to happen as many Idol winners and their fans discovered.
