Everyone should listen to this interview. It is so insightful and honest. Mental anxiety and stress is a huge problem that we need to talk about. I’m thinking of tWitch. Still hurts.

After listening to the podcast and coming to the thread...well ... All the words that have been shared in your post and the others...so true and so sad. Rarely do folks lay themselves bare...except with good friend(s) or doctors/therapists. Mega compassion for Adam...why should we know...but he wanted others to know. The example of Twitch ..yes, …who knew. Perhaps no one. Finding the right support/medication... at least a chance to re think/re-calibrate.

With the different comments about his weight, it's also worth noting that the medication, Lexapro, that Adam's taking can lead to weight gain and slowed metabolism.. a reminder that no one really knows what's going on underneath the smiling exterior.

Another insight…. Thank you for the information.

Listening to the interview, I, too, thought of Twitch. How he always seemed so joyful, upbeat, happy, and even carefree, when, obviously there was an undercurrent of destructive things. We fans of Adam think we know him so well, yet, much of what he shared on the interview was a surprise to me. So glad he has gotten help with his struggles.

Life is a struggle for most of us, but we aren't under a microscope. It makes me sad when he mentions about reading the negative comments. He really opens himself to alot, the good and the bad. I think he feels he wants to know and grow, but the negative sticks and replays and often is exaggerated.
My admiration for the "man" is huge and his honesty has always caused me to marvel. Not only "the voice" but an extraordinary heart and soul.
