The podcast was great. At first, I was afraid to listen to the interview because I thought it would be too sad. I'm glad I did. It wasn't sad at all. I thought Adam came across as very aware of his struggles and doubts in the industry and in life. Imo, he is a strong, mature and intuitive man and willing to seek outside help when he needs it. No self pity or expecting everything to always be great (tho he is a perfectionist, lol) or for everyone to like him. He knows negative comments are part of the business for celebrities and he tries to ignore, tho, not always successful. Unpleasant but falling apart or coming unglued over them is thankfully not his style. It was an enlightening, helpful and positive interview from a successful man with a great attitude and managed expectations. I really enjoyed this session on self care. The interview did not make me feel sorry for him and I doubt that was his intent in sharing. But the medical emergency was scary. He opened up about taking care of his mental health and that is a good thing. So proud of him.

That podcast was a real eye-opener for me, as I'm sure it was for everyone here. He's smart to be self-aware and take action to solve his problems. So scary to here that he was take to the hospital! Sounds like he has things under control.

OT, but does anyone have an inkling about what Oliver is doing job-wise? We know he has his degree. Just wondering.

Looking forward to Britain Get Singing where Adam will be a judge, and I just saw a note I made that he'll be doing a private NYE party. Wonder if any vids will show up? Busy year ahead!
