BTW I am very happy with the "Hey baby!" wave to Sauli. It would have been even better if Adam had used his name. And he could have been even more perfect when Ellen tried to get a reaction out of him with "he sits with the cute dancer" maybe responding "he has a good taste" or something. Not complaining though, Adam spoke very well, as always.
But what a live performer he is! I absolutely have to go to his concert next time he will be in Finland!

Let me tell you, he is an AMAZING live performer -- vocally sublime, erotic, silly, serious, charismatic, sexy, funny...and really just as (if not more) beautiful in person. It's something to behold, and I was lucky enough to be about 3 feet away from the front of the stage at one of his concerts. His eyes are incredible and he has a very magnetic presence. And the voice.....it just speaks for itself. I am a singer and he just blows me away.

Downloaded the Ellen performance to my I-Pod. Sitting here listening and reading. BTIKM plays, then GN Mad World, then Van Morrison Tupelo Honey. I had to stop for a minute -- Adam and Van can sound A LOT alike -- especially between Mad World and Tupelo.
We were REALLY treated very, very well this week what with Leno and Ellen performances. Our man can sing. Love, love, love all the reviews and am so happy that his VOCALS are being recognized.
Three frivolous comments from the Ellen show: Ashley's guitar is HUGE -- are most basses that BIG? And, Neil didn't look too happy with the Finland talk. Terrence was having a GREAT time.
......now signing off to Heart and Treat Me Well from Dog and Butterfly. It's a musical afternoon.

Loved both performances so much...and the band is so good. I hope it stays this way for promo and the tour...time will tell... Guess it is the mother in me, but after Ellen discussed her bad cold when Adam greeted her with a kiss, I kept thinking I hope he doesn't catch it...with the promo and his upcoming trip overseas, he needs to stay healthy...hopefully, all his juice and healthy living will keep him from getting sick... |

OMFG I AM IN LOVE WITH THE NEW BAND. Srsly. The sound amazing and look so cool. Still not a TJ fan hahah but I appreciate his ~contributions lolz. I may have a girl crush on the bass player. haaaa Ha, ha! Me too and I am old enough to be her mother so it is kind of creepy!! ??? |
