I found it interesting, that one of the Radio Alice Dj's asked Adam if he lipsynched his Ellen performance, because this was the question i asked my sister, after hearing Sleepwalker live for the first time. I couldn't believe, that someone can really sing that good live. ;D :-[ LMAO - yep lipsyncing riffs like he did at the end of the song... but I do understand why people could think that given my earlier point about how crap most singers today sound live compared to their records (with very very few other exceptions). And your completely right, I think, because I before Adam I was only used to these most crap singers and was so blown away by Adam, that I could not believe it

So many great comments this afternoon about Adam and older fans. I sincerely thought we would be done with that for Era #2. I am trying to wish for enlightenment, etc. for Secrest and his ilk, but not sure I am that good a person. For those who like to swim in the deep end a little, I have posted a new essay, A Million Eyes, You Are The Brightest Blue, in "Adam Musings" on this site. Preview: In the last few days I have seen quite a few fans shedding a tear for the end of Adam’s “glitter’ period. Adam himself has said in recent interviews that he is over glitter, rhinestones, feathers, and the like. No matter what his look, Adam is a guy with fashion savvy, and I thought it might be fun to think about why Adam has changed his look and what it means for our ride into the Trespassing era. Read more: www.adamtopia.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=inspired&thread=61&page=2#156482And, yeah, BTW. There are comparisons there between Adam and Elton John, Bowie, and Elvis. Warning -- Warning -- Elvis Inside. Aw, who am I kidding? SECREST KISS MY ASS.

The performance video on Ellen's YT channel has 72,937 views. Glad to say I've added several.

Just a bit upset here. Looking at the meet and greet pictures and seeing some faces (one in particular) that have had more than one and in some cases multiple meet and greets with Adam. I tryed so hard to get a meet and greet today and couldn't! I've never met him. How many times do some of these people need to meet him? I mean, GTFO and let others who've never met him meet him. I'm so happy for the people who met him for the first time and got that experience. But for the lady who came from LA and the one who's met him a thousand times already, GO AWAY!! I guess I'm more than a little upset. Sorry:( I have been buried in work for the past 24 hours and still catching up with Adam news -- but this comment just got to me. I agree. I really do not care how many concerts people attend -- go to every one -- I would if I could afford to do it. And it doesn't bother me that much when people get multiple concert M&Gs -- have at it. Of course what someone says to Adam at M&G #106 is beyond me. But local radio promotions should be left for people who live in the broadcast market. Reaching new fans in an intimate way is part of what is needed to make these successful promotions. Any out-of-market fan who steals one of these local market promotional M&Gs and who has met Adam before should need to hide in shame. Sorry to be judgmental but I have never seen such greedy fans before -- the good news is that there are just a few of these fans.

The next time a DJ pulls a Ryan Seacrest Adam should point out that younger women have more traditional societal constraints on their thoughts and their imaginations. Many young women don't imagine outside of the more traditional and conventional box placed on them by society. But, as women mature they grow wiser, they become more interesting, they allow themselves to think more outside of the box. So, his fans are the cool ones that think outside the box and the younger ones that are his fans are super cool young women because they are open minded, creative thinkers at a young age. The bottom line is that his fans are the cool, smart, creative ones that are less afraid to think outside the lines no matter what age. ^^^^THIS^^^ YES!!! thanks bb!!! that is THE legitimate explanation of why I finally got to own my views!! It just took me that long ... BTW ... celebrating era 2!!!
