Gah, I want to go to sleep with happy feelings. I was on such a high earlier, but this Toby guy is making me soo angry!! I'm seriously upset! Okay, so it's not just me. My first thought, "WTH? Why is he doing this?" First the PD from Buffalo about the lack of airplay and now him about the sales. Don't trust him and I don't think BTIKM is going to get played on his station. |

Where has he gotten this info that the label is disappointed with the sales? Is he just stirring the pot? And, although he thinks he is giving "us" a shout out, I think he ought to aim for more broad appeal of his listening audience if he is that excited about promoting Adam. It sounds like he's just using the negative comments from that PD to fabricate a blog post....I don't think he knows anything specific. edit/ and his initial tweet made it sound like his "article" (or whatever) would be a positive thing......not! |

I think Toby Knapp enjoys the power. He saw he can hold power over the Glamberts by giving information and/or posting things about Adam, and he is doing it because he enjoys the trip. I don't think it goes deeper than that; I don't think he particularly likes or dislikes Adam. He is not a supporter, I would say (although he says he is). Maxwell from Q102 is a supporter. He is just there for the power trip.
Also, not sure how much say he actually has in programming decisions, since he is not the PD of Hot 99.5. So I don't think his opinion counts much. Unfortunately, his last blog post does hurt Adam, because in music biz so much is perception; but I wouldn't blow it out of proportion. I'm just not going to pay attention to him.

Think Adam said he is ready for us to get a new name, way back last summer. He suggested "outlaws of Lambert" or something. We need to move past Glam since our fearless leader has. Next! Well he's a Kris stan, and keep saying that Kris is RCA priority, so whatever. He's just trolling for hits. Gah, just so annoyed. |
