I stream Adam's album 24/7. But without being on the big streaming playlists or having music on the radio, which makes more casual or new fans aware of your music to stream, there is only so much fans can do. I had hoped they would get something on US radio before album release but when they didn't for HOFAH, I figured it was not part of the plan. But would be great if they surprised me later and pushed Chandelier, lol. But they are doing a great job with promotion so no complaints.

I get what you mean, but I try to remember what Adam told us in his last IG live ... he and his team are "building". To my understanding, it may take time to get on those much needed playlists, if the album does well. Now they are still very much in promo mode. I do stream too, and I am really enjoying "High Drama". There are only a couple of songs that I tend to skip but I really like most of the songs. HOFAH has been my jam since it was released, and I love Chandelier and Sex on Fire. This morning I realized how much I like Adam's nuanced vocals in "Can't Stand The Rain" (though he told us just recently that he doesn't consider himself "nuanced" lol. I disagree). I think I will post my daily favorites on my IG stories to get the word out. I will start today with "I Can't Stand The Rain" (though I actually do love winter weather and the rain haha) |

Long time lurker coming in to say "yay" for the new songs. Loving most of them very much and the two I don't LOVE will probably grow on me as all Adam songs do. I Can't Stand the Rain is the biggest surprise for me; I love it so much.

I Can't Stand the Rain is the biggest surprise for me; I love it so much. , I am glad that you came out from lurking  and I am thrilled that you like the song as much as I do. I somehow overlooked it at first album listen but loving it now. Though I do really like the iconic original, Adam's version feels like a whole different song to me. I am playing "I Can't Stand The Rain" on repeat today and I posted it on my IG stories.   |
