midwivespal hanging out there alone with her unpopular fandom opinion on the cover art design treatment. Happily though, it does seem to be a very rare fandom (and outside fandom) opinion though. I'm thoroughly pleased to be in the extreme minority ;D
Although I can see the thinking behind going with an 'intact hair' photo for the cover, I hope we get to see more pics from the Tony Duran shoot someday in some form because he does some interesting and edgy things and I'd like to see the outfits Adam was talking about.
I also really really can't wait to see the Fault shoot, and other shoots where Adam is working with industry pros in photo, art direction, and design.
ETA: It's also possible that there may be different covers for different regions (I think I read on twitter that some first run Japanese CDs might have a different cover?) in which case imma going have to be buying ALL the different flavors, lol
