So maybe it wasn't so much a dig at Monte, but rather that the first band had to be put together so quickly? Also, in the old band, Tommy wasn't even playing his main instrument. Now he is, and the new band has somebody who really is a bass player. I think Adam is just praising his new band. It's what people do. "Omg! This is the best ________ ever!" I do agree though, that Kevin fits with the kind of music Adam will have to do for this album. He needs someone like Kevin!

Naked Love .... I can not wait to see how he stages that on tour. Shouldn't that be spelled "nekkid"? Sounds dirtier that way. ;D

Another ad aimed at Radio here: www.fmqb.com/chr.asp Different text, including "Digital Single up 96% this week" is that sales for the week just passed? up from the 6,000 sales last week or something?

Could be that Adam is aware of all the angsting about whether or not Tommy is up to par on lead guitar (ooh, that rhymes) and that Isaac is not the caliber of Longineau and is addressing that. And also getting in a little dig. Has there really been talk of Isaac being not the caliber of Longineau? Though they are different styled drummers, I think Isaac is a way better drummer than Longineau. I agree. I LOVE Issac as a drummer and band member. Longineau always appeared a bit aloof, but I probably read him wrong. I was actually very surprised when he hugged Adam in Atlanta after his solo in IIHY. Issac seems to be up for the fun and on target in the music. But I am not a drummer so I might be wrong. I just know I love his style more, it seems crisper to me, if I can describe drumming that way.

I felt that there was a little dig in there. Wonder if it could have been said in a more tactful way, but oh well. Adam's honesty is one of the things I love about him. Little dig? I think it was a big ol' FAT DIG!! (and I don't think it had anything to do with Tommy or Isaac - he's always loved them). Don't think Adam needs to be "tactful" in this case AT ALL. Monte screwed him over. After listening to the interview, taken in context, Lindsay was asking him if it was going to be hard to translate the music on stage because it is so electronic, and his response seemed to be letting her know that it isn't really that hard with the right kind of musical director, a guy who knows how to create that genre of music.

Anyone else catch themselves automatically and unconsciously waving back at Adam in adamme's avatar? Just me? I was afraid of that! ETA: Okay, I was hoping to not show my ignorance until later, like, you know, my second day here, but what's a "POP impact date"? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D MOI MOI NOREASTER!!!!!!!
