We're doing the Mint Ch Chip ice cream on Twitter right? I think we should start at Noon, Paciifc time Saturday.  That sounds good to me. It's one o'clock my where I am--Mountain time--so I'll switch mine then and start tweeting sweet greetings to Adam. Is it intended to start earlier? Because it won't be sunday in Austria before 6 EST. |

Go to your Twitter page and click on Profile at the top of the page. Then on your Profile page, you'll see a link that says Edit your profile. The first item you can edit is Picture, and there's a Browse button. I found a yummy ice cream picture on Google and saved it to my computer in the Pictures folder (just right click on the picture and then choose Save Image As...). Tomorrow I will click on Browse on my Twitter profile page, the Pictures folder will come up, and I will then click on that picture to put it on as my avi. I hope that helps. If I haven't explained it well, let me know what's unclear. Thanks Murly I did it! Now I need to know how to do the #hasting thing, or whatever it's called, when we all send our tweets to Adam. I know I need to have : : sent my way but I really want to join in on this! Just put @adamlambert at the beginning of the tweet so it goes to him. If we're going to try to trend something, we can all put #BuyBTIKM in our tweets or whatever--have we decided on something specific? Any suggestions, anyone? |

I've read about itunes fan "swapping" but I haven't tried it, for example, I would gift the single to mys*&@^#r, and she would gift it to me, and we would both download it. Dunno if that works though. In general, I think it's a really good idea to try to get going on twitter on his bday. "RT if you wished Adam Lambert happy bday by buying his new single #BTIKMbirthdaygift" or something   |

Oh, crap! I just saw that there's a boycott being planned for tomorrow called Twitter Blackout. People are being urged to avoid Twitter to protest Twitter's plan to start censoring tweets on a country-by-country basis. I'm all for social justice or whatever, but can't they wait until after Adam's birthday is over? Well--we'll have to see how widespread it is, and we still have Sunday to tweet birthday greetings if we have to. Twitter Boycott Planned |

OMG!!!!!! That is such great idea!!!!!!!! I would totally do that!! I would love to do this. Is there someplace here in Adamtopia we are organizing? How can I get some names? I have never gifted on iTunes, but, I'm sure I could figure it out. I want in. :D I'm in if it works. Need some of your emails so I can gift you a song you probably know better than you know yourselves. |
