The lighting was better on these than some of the others too. He looks svelte and stunning and the answer to OOL question choked me up. There is so much here with his answers. I'm sure Gale Chester or Devenlane or someone will get these on to YouTube soon for the scorned, but if you're not scorned, RUN!!!! Do. Not. Walk. to watching these. |

You guys! I am flailing my arms off about the BTIKM preview! HOW CAN HE BE SO CUTE? And I need some help! A close friend of mine recently passed away  and some of her friends have started a mailing list to keep in touch. I mentioned "my favorite recording artist" yesterday and the subject of floorgasms. Now they want to see a video. What is the best video/performance with a floorgasm? I could make 6 or 8 converts here if I play my cards right. These are all ladies 40s-60s. ;D Juniemoon, I'm just starting the thread, but I hope someone mentioned floorbert at Hampton Beach TCB. I WAS THERE. But all I could see was the leg in the air. I've read about itunes fan "swapping" but I haven't tried it, for example, I would gift the single to mys*&@^#r, and she would gift it to me, and we would both download it. Dunno if that works though. In general, I think it's a really good idea to try to get going on twitter on his bday. "RT if you wished Adam Lambert happy bday by buying his new single #BTIKMbirthdaygift" or something   When do we do this -- tomorrow at noon?? |

Go to your Twitter page and click on Profile at the top of the page. Then on your Profile page, you'll see a link that says Edit your profile. The first item you can edit is Picture, and there's a Browse button. I found a yummy ice cream picture on Google and saved it to my computer in the Pictures folder (just right click on the picture and then choose Save Image As...). Tomorrow I will click on Browse on my Twitter profile page, the Pictures folder will come up, and I will then click on that picture to put it on as my avi. I hope that helps. If I haven't explained it well, let me know what's unclear. I'm getting my avi set up now as I use twitter so rarely that it won't go public till Sunday  . For international peeps (well, moi in the UK) should we buy at Amazon.com for it to count to the numbers we want to see, or is there another route (don't much like iTunes; can't say why, bit arbitrary really :-/). ETA: just checking; noon PT is 8pm GMT ? Do we expect a Twitter failure at that time do you think  a) If you buy from Amazon.com your sale will count in the corresponding country, it will not automatically count in the US. But that is good, because if this is done all across the fandom and not only on Adamtopia there should be a visible bump in rankings all over the place. In the end, a sale is a sale is a sale. I have tried multiple times to get clarification from Amazon whether their country allocation (for soundscan or corresponding counts) is done based on shipping address or based on billing address, but never got an answer. So, if I here in the US sign onto my amazon.de account (amazon does order fulfillment out of many locations in Europe), then the amount is payed through my German bank account (billing address is Germany), but if I then enter as shipping address my cousin in Switzerland, then I cannot tell you whether Germany or Switzerland will be used, but I can assure you that it will not be added to the US numbers. b) My suggestions would be that once NZ starts their Sunday all the way till US ends their Sunday we have an almost 2 day window to make our mark on both twitter as well as i-tunes, amazon, etc. and pretty much everyone will have at least somewhere a window of time to get involved. The more critical part is to get other sites on board and that those with the furthest-reaching twitter-drums are involved. That would be at least my suggestion. |
