That's My Jam - Were the charities announced? I don't think I heard them.Loved Adam, not thrilled with That's My Jam in general. I have watched a few episodes. I think it is interesting/strange that Adam got Queen songs and Halle got the song from Little Mermaid.......is that really a coincidence? I don't think its rehearsed as I have seen a couple of times where the person singing really lost it. I also think Pattie LaBelle cheated on the show she was on (she didn't hit the buzzer-they went to a kind of referee to determine because the opposite team objected!) and they gave it to her, well because maybe she was supposed to win. The points process I find a little strange. So Adam and Chloe were ahead the whole time - didn't mess up the the last song - just had the bad luck to not be the couple where the lyrics were missing - and so lost. Doesn't make sense. There should be another go round. They went from 19,000 to 174,000 and then lost? It's fun, it's funny, it's cute sometimes. I don't think I would make a habit of watching it. Again, loved Adam, but he should have worn sneakers!  i was so hopeful Feel Something Foundation would get a boost of funds. agree…. The focus was to be on a charity concept… seems to have gotten lost along the way. The final song in the water spray booth… has taken the fun away from a real competition.From 1000 points to the last one timed “musical chair” concept and be worth 💥 200,000 points. This final one challenge is the game changer,,, and teams far behind like a week or so ago….Will I Am and team member take the win with total lack lustre energy and knowledge. Like tonights game —-With the time element the other team wasted so much time guessing. No time left on the clock for when it got to Adam’s team to even respond. A real game show would have equal time and how many guessed correctly in that time period. Perhaps the goal is pure silliness, and who cares who wins. Boy am I ever blowing up That’s my jam…. Haha … mean me! It was a fun night … but if for a charity win…l would prefer more fairness to winning. Party pooper here Fallon did say something at the end about a lot of money won for some great charities, or something to that effect. That is why I thought I missed the announcing of the charities. I believe, not certain, the charities were mentioned in the first show, at least. Maybe the celebs consider it private, what they are donating to. Who knows. It was fun and Adam got another boost from it on the Today show this morning. Who knew Simu Liu could sing? |

I thoroughly enjoyed That's My Jam and I don't give a hoot about the points or the rules or the loosey-goosey set-up of the whole thing. It's just silly fun and apparently makes some money for charity. It's just silliness with some really talented singers having fun and getting a little wet. Adam was fabulous, of course. We expect nothing less. I wish we had heard a few seconds more of his AOBTD as the show returned from the commercial. He was REALLY rockin' it. This show gave Adam a nice media boost and that's the whole point. Gonna go back now and watch the Muffin Man again!
Oliver definitely knows how lucky he is. Smart man.
