Just a reminder to request Adam from your local radio this weekend, and when you do, mention that it's his birthday, so you'd love to hear his new song! (thanks rama) Request info here: atop.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=strategy&action=display&thread=650So because lots of things have been discussed and I'm a read through and then sum up kind of person, this is what I've gathered from the discussion the last two days (organized in order of efficiency/maximum impact).
Celebrate Adam's birthday by:1) Requesting from your local radio stations and asking for a birthday celebratory play of BTIKM. (Also request from the national stations after this). 2) Buy a copy of BTIKM in honor of his birthday and share that you are doing this on twitter #Happy30Adam if you want. a) gift it to someone you know who isn't already a linked in fan if you can, this is the best scenario. Ask that they download it  b) if not, gift it to another fan, or buy another copy for yourself (gift it to your own alternate email if you can't repurchase directly on itunes). See our members only thread if you want to gift to someone from Atop. c) don't buy more than 5 or so copies of the same track from either Amazon or itunes, or your purchases might not count for soundscan. d) don't do this if you are expecting a chart bump, just do it as a gift. 3) change your avi to something fun to send b-day messages to adam if you want 4) join Adam's call to donate your bday on charity water if you want I'm still catching up, but another option is that you can join Adam's 30th Birthday campaign on charity water which has a goal of $100K. mycharitywater.org/p/campaign?campaign_id=22963 |

DEFINITELY TOO MUCH INFORMATION!!!! Adam has been very private and elusive about his birth time. He has been asked several times and has avoided answering. He didn't give Dad the memo and Dad is not in to astrology so doesn't care. When I had my natal chart done, the time had to be exact..'something like' didn't cut it, but still an invasive question..  ETA: Eber didn't give it away..no worries |

From twitter, Adam and band should be in Austria. Same time zone as Munich. Still 2:00AM there! I sure hope he got some sleep on the plane but I don't know if he sleeps on planes. Has anybody ever asked him that question? ??? Thanks, I was wondering about the time difference. But I now know that we(central time) are 7 hours behind Austria's, so the first interview which is 11:30 am will be 4:30 am here. Eeeek, do I wake up early or stay up late? Decision, decision.. ??? :-[ :-/ |
