He is not going to change now. I'll bet they're really comfy.

Step on one pebble and it'll be like falling off a cliff. Looks like they have a solid hard bottom. Remember clogs, they were an accident waiting to happen! Believe me, I had a few. lol

OT but I had to mention the death of Gordon Lightfoot, Canada’s folk music icon. I listened to his albums over and over again in the 70’s. For some reason, this song was one of my favourites — very wistful with lovely imagery. www.youtube.com/watch?v=im6g0lMBQ7w Beautiful song! OT, too, but reminds me of Peter, Paul and Mary's "Tiny Sparrow". www.youtube.com/watch?v=vST9baZzGrM&t=5s

Just surfed my FB page and apparently some anonymous person (probably not a fan), remarked that Adam looked fat and should lose some weight. Adam replied that he has lost 20 lbs. And he added, "Whaddya Want From Me?" LOL We all know Adamm looks great right now. Didn't realize he had worked so hard on it. It has paid off beautifully.

For some reason, this song was one of my favourites — very wistful with lovely imagery. www.youtube.com/watch?v=im6g0lMBQ7wThanks for mentioning this Happy. I was very saddened to hear the news of his passing this morning, as I was always a devoted Gordon Lightfoot fan. I was fortunate to have seen him several times in concert over the years. Even as his voice was fading with age, he still could command a stage with his wonderful songs. And he always had a fantastic band with him. What a talented songwriter and performer! "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" was always a favorite of mine, as I'm originally from Michigan, and my Dad was an avid boatman. We cruised all of the Great Lakes when I was younger, and I even saw the freighter "Edmund Fitzgerald" when we were going through the locks between Lake Ontario and Lake Erie. I used to write down the names of all the freighters we saw on our many boat trips. Back to Adam - what a fantastic performance on Idol!!! And he is such a wonderful mentor - sure wish he could be an Idol judge. It would certainly improve the show!
