I only slept like 3 hours tonight, I woke up early because of the adrenaline and I still live on the adrenaline alone, almost 24 hours after the show. I'm very grateful to my friend who filmed it all, because I couldn't take it all in at the time when it happened, it was just too overwhelming.
The crowd was as diverse as can be, ranging from little children with their parents to teens to young adults to not so young adults... men and women and non binary, some people from overseas, quite a few religious people, of the VERY religious type, to my surprise.
Adam came on stage shining and sparkling - first of all, his outfit is WAY more sparkly than any video conveys, you have to see it in person, it's really a sunglasses moment. And also, it's like his personality was shining too, I mean it's something he was radiating.
The Israeli crowd is rowdy, so during the first song we charged the pit, and they let us stay there for a couple of songs and then herded us back to the sits. Adam was extremely happy about us all storming the stage, we couldn't see his eyes, they became slits he smiled so hard. At they encore they let us come to the stage again, and we stayed there for all the Queen songs.
I don't know why it ended more quickly than other shows. There was hardly any break between songs, which is a good thing, but maybe that's part of the reason. On our way out I saw someone holding merch they bought and realized we missed the merch table, so we went back in. There were two kinds of T shirts (I'll take a picture and post), an Adam Lambert bag, CDs and vinyls of High Drama, and MANY Queen vinyls as well.
On the way out we started walking the wrong way, and that's how we happened accross an excited crowd yelling "Adam" by the artists exit. Just as we arrived Adam came out and I managed to see the tips of his hair LOL. My friend reached up and took a blind photo, and managed to shoot a blurry pic of him. So taking the wrong way was a lucky mistake. The whole night was so happy on all accounts, I'm still riding that high.
